- APPLICATION FEE: $35.00 cash or money order for an individual or married couple, $15.00 extra for each additional adult non-refundable fee.

DEPOSIT: The amount is set for each property. Deposit due within 24 hours of application approval. Payment of all deposits
and months rent shall be paid by money orders or cashier check only and shall be paid at the time
of your lease signing.
- PROCESSING FEE: A $150.00 non-refundable fee is included in the deposit amount.

KEY DEPOSIT: $10.00 is due before new tenants will be issued keys and will be allowed to move in. Deposits will be refunded after
tenant vacates unit and returns all keys issued plus any duplicates.

New move-ins are required to pay their deposits and first months rent at the time of the lease signing and in the form of a money order or cashiers
check. It is mandatory that the lease be signed at the time of acceptance of the deposit and/or rent. This makes the lease a legal and binding
agreement and may not be terminated except under the conditions specified in the lease.
